You can order 25 labels for sheet labels. Roll labels require a minimum of 500 pieces.

It is our primary goal to deliver products our customers will be happy with. However, in case you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know immediately to qualify for a full refund.

Once you click the “Confirm Order” button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. No refunds will be given for orders that have been received by our prepress department.

We accept cash (Singapore Dollars), PAYNOW, NETs, Wire Transfer, Bank transfer and PayPal.

Most label and sticker printing jobs will be done in just 3-5 working days, depending on the option you have choose, following proof approval.

Our standard turnaround time is 5 working days. But if you have any URGENT requirements, you can speak to our customer service personnel.

If customers want their labels by a certain date, they need to specify it prior to placing their order and paying. If we are unable to deliver the product in the specified time, we will decline the order. Once we accept it, it’s our obligation to deliver the product on time. If we fail to do so, we will refund the customer’s money.

Turnaround time can sometimes become confusing. Here are some useful tips that would help you understand Turnaround Time better:

• Turnaround Time is the time that takes us to print your item and make it ready for pickup or shipping.
• Shipping time is NOT included in Turnaround Time.
• You have the option to select from multiple Turnaround Time options when placing your order.
• If you fully pay for your order and upload your files before 3 PM (Singapore Time), the Turnaround Time starts after 3 PM. Your orders will be ready after 5 working days. For orders completed after 3 PM, Turnaround Time starts on the second working day.
• If you request a proof, you need to approve the proof before 3 PM (Singapore Time) to get your Turnaround Time started immediately. For proofs approved after 3 PM, turnaround starts on the second business day.
• If you have a pending payment, your entire order will be placed on hold. Once you fully pay for your order, your Turnaround starts based on the above guideline.
• Weekends and public holidays are excluded from Turnaround Time.

Examples

• You complete your order before 3 PM (Singapore Time) on a Monday and your item has a 5-day Turnaround:
  Item will be ready for pickup/delivery on Next Monday 9 AM.
• You approve your proof after 3 PM (Singapore Time) on a Monday, and your item has a 5-day Turnaround:
  Item will be ready for pickup/delivery on Tuesday 9 AM.
• You complete your order before 3 PM (Singapore Time) on a Friday and your item has a 1-day Turnaround:
  Item will be ready for pickup/delivery on Monday by 4 PM (Singapore Time).
